Chukwueze set to return to training after hamstring injury
Super Eagles winger, Samuel Chukwueze is set to return to training at AC Milan next week following a hamstring injury he sustained last December, Soccernet.ng reports.
Chukwueze has had an average season with AC Milan, registering three goals and one assist in 22 appearances. But most of his appearances have been off the bench, as he has had to play second-fiddle to Christian Pulisic.
Nonetheless, he has been linked with clubs abroad, including Arsenal. Unfortunately, he sustained a hamstring injury on December 29. That effectively shelved any possibility of an exit, as no club would sign an injured player.
