The terminal project commenced on July 1, 2024, and has made notable strides—reflecting Wike’s drive to modernize Abuja’s transportation system.
The shared photos, captured from aerial and street-level views, showed a contemporary, curved building design surrounded by busy roads and ongoing landscaping work. Wike was seen visiting the site the same day the photos were uploaded, earning praise for his active involvement.
This terminal is part of a larger infrastructure plan that includes roads and bridges and is designed to be a centerpiece in celebrating President Tinubu’s second year in office.
