Our service warranty covers a period of 3 days from the completion date of the project. The warranty covers any technical issues or defects in the delivered video content resulting from our work. Exclusions are: Changes in project scope or additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon terms. Issues caused by third-party software or services. Problems arising from client-provided materials (e.g., low-quality footage, incomplete information).

If you are not completely satisfied with our video content creation and editing services, we are here to help. Eligibility for Returns: Requests for revisions or corrections must be made within 3 days of the project delivery date. Services must be related to the original project scope and agreement. Non-Returnable Services: Completed projects that have been approved by the client. Requests for additional services or revisions outside the original agreement.
